Returns and Exchanges:

We will work with you to resolve the issue by providing a free replacement or a refund to your original payment method. To request a refund or replacement, please contact our customer service team and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

Refund Process:

If a refund is approved, we will issue it to your original payment method. If the refund is not possible, we will issue it to your store credit balance. You can withdraw this amount to transfer it back to the original payment method.

Multiple Products:

If there is an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo or video of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
